hello world :) this is the beginning of a small personal photo project called "squares". i've been working in the studio for so long now and sometimes i feel like i've lost the raw, innocent joy of photographing, the one i used to experience in the very beginning of this amazing journey. you know, when you carry the camera with you all the time, when things and people sort of "speak to you", when you point and you shoot and you search, when your normal human eyes start turning into lenses, when there are no rules and judgments and limits. so i'm trying to do that again; photograph whatever catches my eye. my life, my friends, the details, beautiful things and also normal, ordinary things that i find interesting for some reason. i will share them with you partly because it will help me stick to it and not abandon the project. so if three months have passed and i haven't posted new squares, please be a friend, leave a comment and make me feel bad for it! so here are the first - february - squares.
